Annex 2: Special Agricultural Safeguard Measures
1. Table One specifies the products that may be subject to a special safeguard measure under Article 13.
2. The trigger level in the calendar year in which this Agreement enters into force shall be the Entry into Force level specified in Table Two, prorated for the percentage of that year for which this Agreement is in force.
3. The trigger level in subsequent years shall be the full trigger level specified in Table Two, or as otherwise provided pursuant to paragraph 5 of Annex 3.
